At Busy Bees we have small class sizes, we specialize in early childhood education and we are recognized by High 5 for Quality as promoting excellence in early care and education. When you visit Busy Bees you will notice we have one teacher for every 6 children. This means our teachers are able to implement a high-quality curriculum and truly engage with the children.
Our Classes

Our balanced program offers opportunities for self-directed play, large group/teacher-led time and small group/individual work with teacher support. We welcome children of all races, nationalities, and religions. While we respect the personal beliefs of parents our Admissions Policy requires children to be current with immunizations.
Honey Bees Class

What better way to start the school day than with free play and discovery? Each day materials are set out in thoughtful ways to foster exploration and learning. Playtime has been proven time and again to be so important for a child's social, cognitive and physical development. During free play, children are invited by a teacher to do an activity that supports our curriculum.
Bumble Bees Class
Report
The Classroom environment is print-rich! We have labels for our centers and pictures and labels on storage containers. We have at least 2 group stories each day as well as nursery rhymes or poems. Once each week we have a 'theme related' language and literacy activity which could include sequencing a story or predicting what may happen next, creating a booklet, recounting information or coming up with an idea from a story.
STEM Class
Report
STEM is an acronym for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math. Our STEM class encourages natural curiosity to encourage children to question, hypothesize, observe, explore and build. Children will have the materials to put their ideas into action, reflect on them, then figure out how they can take this idea or process up another notch!
