John provided exceptional customer service & I will definitely recommend this location to all of my friends and family. Whenever I have to go to get my car looked at I always dread going due to the lack of knowledge I have on cars but John made sure to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand. As soon as I walked through the doors I felt like family. Thanks John & everyone else!

Excellent and quick service with complete transparency and great communication. I went to Aamco in Morristown for a second opinion on a transmission. They shared their diagnostic findings and determined I did not need to replace my transmission, only the fluid. A $9000+ quote from the dealership service center went down to $2500 with Aamco (replaced transmission fluid, the water pump & a tune up) and the car is running great! Highly recommend Aamco in Morristown.

A trustworthy mechanic is worth it's weight in gold, and that's exactly what the guys at AAMCO Morristown are. They will let you know when you need something done to your vehicle, but also when you *don't* need something done. I will continue bringing my car in for service as long as I live in the area.
