These services are available for anyone currently receiving primary medical care at Wabash Valley Health Center. Treatment is holistic and conducted by a team of behavioral health professionals which includes: a licensed clinical social worker and psychiatric nurse practitioners.

Gregory K. Brock, D.O. is the Chief Medical Officer for Wabash Valley Health Center. Dr. Brock has practiced as a primary care physician for over 20 years and continues to care for you and your family today. Prior to becoming a physician, Dr. Brock was a math teacher. His background in education helps guide patients in becoming successful in managing their medical issues, by helping them to understand the "why" and the "how" of disease.
