I just bought a house at the start of the year with a sprinkler system I was very unfamiliar with. Sprinkler Master came by just a few short days after I called to check it out and give me a run down of what kind of system I had and how to program it, etc. Very pleasant to talk to, showed me everything I needed to know, and made sure I was set for the winter. I had Brett from Sprinkler Masters come out in Nov 2020 as I found out that my irrigation system was leaking since I purchased my home in March! He responded quick enough however, he was much more expensive than I would have ever imagined and cut corners at every turn. He dug a giant hole and then instead of refilling with dirt, he put a bunch of insulation and garbage in the hole, then covered with some dirt, thus the entire thing sunk by about a foot.

Brett & Brandon came to repair three problems with our irrigation system. All three problems were buried well below the surface, but they quickly dealt with accessing the leak and stuck valves and completed the repairs with parts they had on their truck.
Also, they found that one of the problems only required cleaning a valve which saved me the extra cost of replacement.
The price was fair, they arrived ahead of their promised time having checked with me beforehand to ensure I would be available.

They did a great job! I had an electrical problem in my sprinkler system and I didn’t want to make matters worse by trying to fix it myself. I called sprinkler master and within a short time they called me back to schedule an appointment. On appointment day Brett called me to see if he could arrive early. They showed up when they said they would, went right to work and were respectfully wearing masks. Brett found the problem and had my system up and running in no time. I will definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

Brett and and his partner did a fantastic job replacing several faulty sprinkler heads, routing and repairing drip lines and replacing a system valve. The father-and-son company responded to my call promptly and quoted a reasonable price for displacing a water pressure control valve to raise my irrigation water pressure. When time came to carry out the work a few days later, the father decided it was not necessary to do so, and suggested a simpler way to raise the water pressure and left. They charged nothing for the two visits and the advice. All the while they were very courteous and friendly.

Trey and Brandon arrived on time and worked super fast! They replaced all our sprinkler heads and even dug up two to replace the whole head. They fixed our drip line and were done in less than 1.5 hours! The price was almost half of what they had quoted us which was a wonderful surprise and we were extremely pleased with their work! I would definitely recommend them to anyone else and we will certainly be calling them again when we need more irrigation system work.

The owner, Chris, showed up at my house on time, assessed the task at hand, gave me a very reasonable quote, and then did the work quickly and extremely well. He was friendly but also very highly skilled. It was a pleasure to work with him and I would recommend him and his company without reservation. From the initial call (Wendy I believe) I was very impressed with the customer service, friendliness, and professionalism. I asked about products (having a sprinkler control box replaced) and they told me options and recommendations. They arrived on time and did fantastic work! This is not a review of their work as I was never able to get them that far. Had some sprinkler repair work to do on a rental. First call no problem got them the info and I think they even went out to the property but they never called me back. Made multiple attempts with calls, texts and emails. Finally got a phone call back promising to send me a bid that day. Never came. Gave them several weeks and multiple opportunities to get some work. Too much effort to try to hire these guys, poor communication and not reliable is the impression they left. Gave up hired, someone else.

Very fast response after I contacted them regarding not receiving my invoice. After contacting me them I received the invoice for services the next day. Thank you.
Service was great and they fixed what was needed quickly. Only issue was they could not take a card for payment at the time service was rendered so had to write a check and was told to put email address on it so I they could email my receipt still have yet to receive my receipt for the service provided.

This review is NOT about the quality of the work. I called and left detailed messages on 9/12, 9/13 and 9/17. I have had no response from Dr. Sprinkler.
The repair service may be good based on other Yelp reviews, but they assume Dr. Sprinkler answers their phone and/or returns calls. Not so in my case.
Perhaps Dr. Sprinkler has died. Anybody know if he is still alive?

I hate to be the bearer of bad news ...... BUT ........ I had a terrible experience with this firm. No estimate - made two service calls totaling $800 and said it would take one more service call to finish the work. Granted the existing system was in very bad shape. Ben showed up a week late ( no show, NO Call ) for the 3rd service call that he scheduled. By that time I had had enough and did not allow him to finish the job and just ate my losses. I then hired a local and licensed landscape contractor - they basically had to do over most all of what had been done. I learned later that Dr. Sprinkler

Very unprofessional! He (Ben) never finished the job! He came over to my house 3 times and still didn't finish to my satisfaction! Sprinkler heads were still not directed in the proper directions and found one that didn't work at all. The drip system was spraying all over our patio furniture and I had asked him to fix that too (didn't). I practically had to run after the repairman to have him listen to me - he was in such a hurry to get to the next job! He told me he would make $1,200 that day (something I didn't need to hear nor anything that he should share).
