I specialize in difficult and complicated cases. These are people who have chronic diseases, are medical mysteries, and people who have been to all types of medical specialist and healers. I am very skilled in working with sensitive types and people who have reactive constitutions. I have been working with herbs since the age of 12 and have studied herbs every day of my life.

I am a professionally trained Clinical Herbalist practicing Traditional Chinese Medicine, Western Herbalism and Ayurvedic Herbalism. In fact, I'm the first and only woman Herbalist practicing in Nebraska and registered with the American Herbalist Guild.

The East West School offers the only program in the U.S. that teaches Planetary Herbology, a unique approach to herbal medicine which integrates plants and diagnostic tools from the three major healing traditions of the world.The school is led by alternative health pioneer and American Herbalist Guild founder Dr. Michael Tierra, O.M.D., and clinical herbalist/ acupuncturist Lesley Tierra, L.Ac., AHG.

I began my journey at Four Winds Natural Healing Center, Inc. in 2013. My professional interest focuses on helping others find comfort in their bodies, and shine light on the awareness of our greatest potential. I first started coming to Four Winds in 2011 for guidance in finding balance in my health and have since developed a deep passion for herbs, as well as the knowledge behind Four Winds' natural approach to healing.

We are one of the first and few herb clinics in the entire United States of America to have implemented FDA's Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This is the same standard drug manufactures have to meet. We can assure safety, consistency, herbs free of heavy metals, free of adulterants, free of bacterial contamination, botanical identification and purity - something very few other herb or supplement companies have reached.
