While waiting for the shipment, he called often and always kept us up to date on our bikes arrival. Once we got to the shop, we felt welcome from the second we walked through the doors. Mike was kind, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful, and we will use him for all purchases in the future. From sales, to the team who helped us purchase helmets, to the gentlemen in the finance department, everyone there is absolutely fantastic!
