This place is average at its best. Seems to be a bit of miscommunication. I was told I have to stay in my car & call once I reach to check in, then once I got there and called, was told it was patients choice .. hmm.. okay. Once being called to the back, no one took the time to ask me my name, my name was mis pronounced three times, did not even have the common courtesy to ask did I say that correctly.. I surely will not be returning. This place just seems to busy, not enough patient time. Im sure they try their best, however, it just not good enough for me.

Dr. Chambers is the absolute best doctor here. Her nurses are amazing & they always go above & beyond for me. Her P.A robin is amazing too. They are the only gynecologist Ive ever been comfortable going to so my sister started going there too. My sister sees Dr. Fong & she loves him.

I had an abnormal pap in December 2020 and was told to do a follow up in 6 months. I had recently moved to OKC and had heard good things about Lakeside, so I went there for the follow up. Janet Ritchie was dismissive the entire visit and said things like endometriosis goes away with time and if youre on the pill, you dont need [excision] surgery, but that isnt near the worst of it. When they called with my results, they were abnormal. I was told that Janet had talked with my original doctor and to come back in 3 years. So why did I need a 6 month follow up? I called my

This hospital and all its employees live life looking through rose colored glasses. They ignore any problems that would make any other dr worried. The drs, nurse pracitioners, and nurses dont care about the patients and when they obviously screw things up the hospital helps cover it up, one person in particular is Donna Plewis (sp?). All they care about is money and i had to learn that the hardest way possible. Deborah Huff killed my son and I will never stop telling my story. Thanks Lakeside for ruining my life and my family!!!

Ive been a gynecological patient here for almost ten years. I found out I was pregnant and started my obstetric care here. Boy did things go downhill quick. The billing department is a disgrace, unfriendly to work with and unwilling to work with your insurance company. My excellent employer PPO plan that covers 100% of prenatal care with no deductible somehow has only covered $37 out of over $800 worth of expenses incurred at MY FIRST APPOINTMENT! After weeks of trying to resolve the billing issues Lakeside has put their foot down and refused to accept any responsibility for their billing error
