Rob moved to Northern Virginia in 2005 and has been actively involved in many areas of construction and real estate ever since. He worked as a project manager for Ryan Homes, and later built homes alongside two other custom builders.
In 2007, Zimmermann Homes was established and he began to venture on his own with land acquisition, spec homes, rental properties, bank foreclosures, and most importantly building custom homes and additions for local clientele!There he found his niche and diligently continues to work hard to be one of the area's best custom builders.
