Just sign up below and we'll setup a time for you to come in, talk about your goals, and you'll even get a little workout! I grew up a pretty athletic kid. While soccer was my main sport, I tried to play as many sports that my schools offered - basketball, softball, volleyball and tennis.

I failed miserably at Lacrosse! When I went to college and stopped playing competitive sports, my competitive drive was really lacking so I turned to the gym. For years, I did your classic globo gym routine of cardio and machines. Honestly, it was a struggle - I wasn't motivated, I hated working out by myself, so I decided to try something new and exciting.

First and foremost, we believe that fitness is for everybody. 410 Fitness is a place where people of all identities, races and body-types can feel welcome to move, feel good and work hard. Our goal is to offer our members as many options throughout the day as possible to work out. We offer a variety of class times in the morning, early afternoon and afternoon/evening.
Programs

Improve your strength and conditioning in our hour-long class where we work on foundational and functional movements performed at various intensities. In this smaller group class setting you'll not only get more personal attention, you'll also be working out with a supportive community who's there to give you that extra encouragement when you need it!
Yoga

Improve your flexibility and joint health by taking Brian's Yin Yoga! This class is for everyone from runners to cross trainers with the goal to open the body. It is designed to help the connective tissue of the body stay strong and healthy by creating gentle traction on the fascial tissues of the body.
