My experience was VERY disheartening. I attempted to purchase a home there. I had a signed purchase agreement with the seller and paid a $1,000 deposit. I paid $75 in application fees and was approved. On top of that I wasted 2 weeks as in the end the owner and manager ended up purchasing the home for less than I was willing to pay because (I presume) they wanted to flip it for a profit. I am not a perfect man but I go out of my way to do right and do good to others. Integrity and honesty are indispensable characteristics. I was never contacted or given a phone call or explanation. Tread carefully

I have family that lives here that I come to visit very infrequently but every time I do, the park looks great. I know they enforce strict rules for appearance of the outside at each lot. The park manager, Bobbi, is wonderful and very knowledgeable.

Do not move here!! Most are afraid to leave bad reviews as they dont want to be picked on by management. I moved here in a hurry and it was well known I was in need of a home and was willing to pay cash. I was told I would have an answer in plenty of time; I did not and was not able to get an inspection and management knew this! I have spent thousands and thousands in repairs!! You name It I had to replace or fix it. Im convinced the prior owners simply left as I received all of their mail for a year. Important mail! So Fenton Oaks did a wonderful job of patching up things to appear
