We support nearly all data devices and our experienced technicians and equipment can retrieve data from most operating systems and drives. Whatever data recovery related issue you are facing, Nerd Rangers will perform a diagnostic before providing you with a no-obligation quote. If data recovery is possible, the recovered data will need to be transferred to an external drive.

Mail us your computer or hard drive along with contact information, return mailing address and a description of the problems you are experiencing. If you don't have your original computer box, don't panic. Use a plain cardboard box with bubble wrap or peanuts as padding.
We will run a full suite of diagnostics that match your indicated problems and you will typically receive the computer repair diagnosis and a complete written repair estimate via email within 24 hours of us receiving your device.Approved repairs are typically completed within 3 to 5 working days and your device is promptly shipped back to you.
