Specialized trauma therapy addresses deep-seated emotional wounds through evidence-based modalities like EMDR and Brainspotting. By integrating neuroscience and somatic techniques, we help clients process traumatic memories, reduce anxiety, and rebuild emotional resilience. This service supports sustainable healing for individuals experiencing PTSD, intergenerational trauma, or acute stress reactions.
Couples Counseling
Couples counseling focuses on improving communication and resolving conflicts through a structured, compassionate approach. Using psychodynamic and somatic techniques, we help partners navigate emotional reactivity, rebuild trust, and strengthen intimacy. This service benefits couples seeking to enhance connection or restructure their relationship dynamics with professional guidance.
Virtual Therapy
Virtual therapy provides accessible mental health support through secure video or phone sessions. This flexible option accommodates clients' logistical needs while maintaining therapeutic effectiveness. Using auditory and visual cues, we deliver the same depth of care for emotional processing and personal growth as in-person sessions, with added convenience for California residents.
Mindfulness Therapy
Mindfulness therapy integrates present-moment awareness with emotional regulation techniques to address anxiety and self-esteem issues. Through guided somatic exploration and cognitive restructuring, clients learn to observe thought patterns without judgment. This service helps individuals develop resilience against stress triggers and cultivate greater self-acceptance in daily life.
Family of Origin Work

I began working with Sara Nicoletti a year ago on the recommendation of a dear friend. I had been experiencing anxiety and sleep issues on top of a history of disordered eating. Sara went deep with me, which is what I love and needed and we uncovered old traumas that had been at the root of many of my challenges. With Sara I always feel held. I feel like I can share anything without being judged and a lifetime of shame has healed in her presence. I cannot recommend her more highly as a therapist for anyone navigating trauma, addiction, anxiety disorders and probably any emotional challenge you
