Ann has help us very successfully with two big projects. First she guided us in getting our “to big for just us” house ready for a quick and easy sale. With her input we were able to optimize colors and floor plans to make our house look it’s very best to potential buyers. Secondly she has been such an asset in helping us to turn our new house into a home we have fallen in love with. It’s beautiful and comfortable as well as reflects our family’s taste and style. We could t be happier with her professionalism and responsiveness. We highly recommend her.

Ann has an incredible eye and can involve you in the process as much as you desire or take your taste and likes/dislikes and present very viable options for you to choose from as a convenience and time saver. My new kitchen/family room was not even recognizable to close friends once the redesign and install was completed thanks to Ann's partnership with and recommendation of our contractor.

We had never worked with a designer before and our real estate agent recommended Ann for a big remodel project. I'm so glad we took her advice. Ann is fantastic. She is calm, considers what her client wants, and comes up with great suggestions. When we had issues with our contractor, Ann was a tireless advocate and a huge help in getting things back on track. During a nationwide appliance shortage, Ann was even able to connect us with a salesperson who found and delivered almost all our appliances within a week. Ann is worth every penny!

We love working with Ann @ Just The Thing Decorating! She helped us pick out the best furniture and gave us an all around new look for our family room, new carpeting and paint colors throughout our home. She knows how to put the right colors and materials together to create the perfect space. We will definitely contact Ann again for more of our home renovating and decorating needs.
