You will then send a deposit (the amount will be stated in agreement) along with a signed copy of the agreement to hold your reservation. If you need to cancel your reservation you must do so 45 days prior to your reservation date to receive a full refund. If you cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your check in date a 50% refund will be granted.
