My family and I are looking for a house to rent this place is very rude and unprofessional and condescending. My husband and I applied for a place they took our $100 for processing fee fine. They then called and said they canceled our application and went with someone else never even ran our credit but don’t want to give us our money back. SMH and the way they talk to you is if they’re speaking to a child. Stay away listen to bad reviews!

They refused to contact me regarding my 82 yr old mother who’s electrical power went out in her kitchen. Five days later, four phone calls and three e mail messages I finally was able to have Corina answer my calls. They said they had no record of any of my attempted contact. Her food is rotten and she has nothing to eat. With no resolution I’m calling the local news.

They conduct move out inspections without tenant being there and charge you for any petty detail example windows dirty $200, door knobs loose, $50, ac filters, $50 and the list goes on. They will charge a $5 fee a month and do not disclose why. In the end, they will use your $1500 deposit and add another $3500 to be paid immediately. Be careful with this company, do your homework before you rent and also ask for a moving in inspection with their employee
