We strive provide a safe, supportive environment where people can enjoy horses and the outdoors. We host a bunch of fun activities that take place throughout the year. Enjoy learning about riding and caring for horses, or advance your riding skills with one of our experienced instructors. All of our lessons are structured according to German Riding School principles, emphasizing a safe and structured approach to riding and horsemanship.
We recommend beginners start out with lessons on the longe line, which helps novice riders establish a safe seat in a controlled environment with the instructor controlling the horse.Establishing a balanced seat is the foundation of any riding. Beginner lessons are 55 minutes long, consisting of learning to prepare and tack the horse for riding, riding on the longe line, and taking care of the horse after the ride.

Give your horse or yourself more experience, or try something new in our low key, supportive schooling show atmosphere. Our Summer Eventing Show series also offer mini Clinics with the judge Fridays and Saturday evenings. Saturdays are dressage, western dressage, and eventing classes. Sundays see the HJ classes and eventing.

Do you have a horse crazy child? Celebrate a birthday at Red River Equestrian Center. A basic birthday package includes 2 hours in our heated meeting room with tables and chairs. During the 2 hours, kids can interact and ride a pony. Pony will stay for 1 hour of the party. Looking for a place to exercise your horse outside over jumps or work him over obstacles?
