I like Southern MD Foot and Ankle a lot. However, I had to go elsewhere, as they are slow and unresponsive when it comes to insurance for orthopedic shoes. Long story short, the customer service people there said i did not meet my deductibles for the year (2020). I told them I have a family plan (BCBS) and I know we surpassed the amount. I even called BCBS to confirm, which they said was true. BCBS even called Southern MD Foot and Ankle to confirm on our behalf. All of this took place the first week of December 2020. Southern MD Foot and Ankle kept dragging their feet, processing my claim for the

I was so impressed with the practice and staff! They were able to get me in a week earlier than originally scheduled, which I greatly appreciated. During my visit the staff was kind, professional, and efficient. Dr. Klinkner explained my condition thoroughly and was able to ease my concerns.
