The Hampton Roads Soccer Complex is located in the beautiful city of Virginia Beach with easy access to restaurants, attractions, hotels and the oceanfront. Our facility has 2 turf fields with lights and 22 Bermuda grass fields. We host tournaments, league matches, practices, camps and clinics for athletes of all ages.
We are privately operated by the Hampton Roads Soccer Council, a 501c3 non-profit organization. In addition, the Hampton Roads Soccer Council is proud to host the North American Sand Soccer Championships that are held every June at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. Every year over 900 soccer teams flock to the Virginia Beach Oceanfront for a weekend filled with beach vibes and a fun competitive spirit.

Parking and Facility Policies

The Hampton Roads Soccer Complex has developed these rules to keep our facility safe and clean for all visitors. HRSC has the right to cancel or delay any event or match, in whole or part, if field or weather conditions threaten the safety of visitors and/or maintenance to the facility. No motorized vehicles allowed on complex pathways or fields except for emergency, maintenance or event operations.

Some type of normal began to appear again in mid-August with Beach FC's rescheduled Spring Classic tournament from March. Regular leagues started in September along with a succesful Columbus Day tournament with Beach FC. Special actions were taken and guidelines followed in order to adapt to the virus; that continue to this day.
Sand Soccer

Since 1994, The Hampton Roads Soccer Council (HRSC) and its affiliates have hosted the tournament to promote and generate revenue for its premier 75-acre Soccer Complex. The Championship is planned year-round to ensure a guaranteed sand-blast. HRSC affiliates include: Beach FC, Over Thirty Men's Soccer League, Southeastern Virginia Women's Soccer Association and the Virginia Rush.

The Hampton Roads Soccer Complex, located in Virginia Beach is looking for a part-time grounds crew team member. We are in need of a motivated individual to work tournaments, team training, and general league play at the complex. The selected individual will earn between $10 - $12/hour. Average schedule of 7am-7pm (full/partial shifts available) and/or week day coverage from 4pm-10pm.
