Pink Elephant Coffee Roasters was founded in 2014, opening a cafe and roastery in the heart of Park City. The founders Mitch and Kelley Baker are passionate about Utah and the west's public lands, open spaces and native wildlife. Our mission is to provide remarkable coffees for planning, embarking on, and remembering your adventures.

Now find us at the new Park City store in both the coffee aisle and on the bar at Ritual Chocolate & Coffee Bar! Alongside the line-up of bean to bar chocolate, our coffee is on rotation in the espresso hopper and for sale on the shelves. Founders Mitch and Kelley Baker are passionate about Utah's public lands. This is why we give a portion of sales to local nonprofit organizations to ensure our public lands are here to stay. Wander far, roam free. Utah Open Lands preserves and protects open space in order to maintain Utah's natural heritage and quality of life for present and future generations.

In addition to providing freshly roasted coffee beans and retail bags (with free local delivery), we will also help you establish the best way to serve our coffees - how to store it, prepare it, serve it, and answer questions about it.A wholesale relationship with us includes training and help with equipment in addition to the coffee.
