Richard and Lisa Lusby have been involved in the driver education industry for several years. Both, holding master's degrees in education, have owned and managed driving schools, written and presented curriculum, trained instructors, and in Richard's case, served driving schools as an auditor for the state.

Richard has been a coach and teacher in Fort Bend ISD outside of Houston, and Lisa started her career in education in 1990 that has included serving special populations and school administration. Together, they have over 45 years of experience with teenagers and adults teaching them to drive safely in the local community.
