Somer Dental Laboratories was founded in 1982 by Larry Sowinski, CDT and Keith Spencer, CDT. Somer is located in Zionsville, Indiana. Everyday, our group of full service technicians wax copings, scan models, mill crowns, build porcelain, cast frames, set teeth, and inject acrylic on schedule on time and get great report cards from our dentists.

Somer uses the Ivoclar Vivadent SR IvoBase Injection System. This process allows the controlled pressure-heat polymerization; the exact amount of material flows to counteract the shrinkage of the acrylic. The SR IvoBase injection procedure allows us to make precise and high-quality appliances which offer high strength, low shrinkage, and a perfect fit!

Available in zirconia and with an all-ceramic crown, is ideal for esthetics in pre-molar to pre-molar indications, especially in cases with thin soft tissue or in situations where soft tissue migration occurs.Available in titanium and ideal for all positions in the mouth, when strength is of primary importance with excellent material properties designed for high precision and reliability.

Larry has an Associates Degree in Applied Sciences from Ferris State University and has been Certified Dental Technician since 1975. Larry has dual certification in Crown & Bridge and in Ceramics. Larry's interest in implants and precision attachments grew through the years.
He has spoken nationally and internationally on all phases of implant selection, placement and restoration and is routinely consulted by implant companies as they develop new technology.Currently, his focus is on All-Ceramic applications of implant restorative appliances. The use of custom zirconia abutments for natural aesthetics is the cornerstone for this procedure.

Furthermore, all products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials.
