Port Rover is Hampton Roads one stop shop for EXCELLENCE in pet care services. Our top rated facility has over 7,200 square feet of clean, open play yards, spacious kennels, fenced in outdoor play area, full service grooming room, and canine obedience/ training rooms. Port Rover operates on a Membership system.

Port Rover Memberships are required for ALL services offered at Port Rover with the exception of Grooming. To become a member, a one time Meet and Greet / Evaluation must be scheduled prior to your dog(s) first use of Port Rover Services. There is a one time $20 Membership Fee ($10 for each additional dog).
