The intimate team @ Cinch really do live and work up to their name. We started looking in summer 2020 with little hope in an ultra competitive dtla market. Our sights were set on East LA and within 4 months, we were signing on our 1st LA home in a cozy neighborhood. I refinanced with Phil back in July 2020 based on his recommendation and the absolute level of interest rates at the time. I couldn't find anyone that could come close to what he proposed. We went through the process and Phil provided white glove service from loan approval all the way through closing. He made the process much easier than what I expected. Phil was extremely responsive when I had questions and put me at ease the entire time. This is our second refinance transaction and I wish I could have utilized his services previously.
