It began with alot of fanfare. But there was no real team spirit. I recieved bias and discrimination from the supervisor. The way he did things allowed for people to get the idea to throw somebody under the bus made them better. Lots of failure to properly equipt the technicians so they could be world class. We didn't even have a porta power and borrowed things from the customer. Alot of clambering to be somebody by people who were hired to be techs. Too top heavy in management and I foresee the AXE falling. They needed someone to take care of dispatch not another manager. Always had trouble
