Suspended over the stream that gave "Mud Street" its name, The Annex pays homage to the force which built Eureka Springs - its water. Where else can you eat breakfast and sip award-winning coffee while watching the water flow 20 feet below? The "Little Sister" of Mud Street Cafe will delight you with its original tin ceiling, brick and limestone walls, and repurposed wood bar.

As you enjoy your meal, you can bask in the glow of the Ozarka Neon Sign, which at one time, hung at the old Train Depot when our water was shipped near and far. The Annex has its own vibe but the same delicious food which has made Mud Street Cafe a continuous favorite since 1995. Nestled next to the City Auditorium, we are here to serve you breakfast ALL DAY and lunch from 11 to 3. Closed Tuesday & Wednesday.

Just like our sister restaurant, Mud Street Cafe, we serve the same Eureka Springs breakfast menu, but do it all day. Local favorites like our House-Made Muffins, Sour Cream Pancakes, and our famous Veggie Hashbrowns are all available, as well as the popular breakfast standrds. We also offer the same, award-winning coffee drinks.

If you're in the mood for lunch in Eureka Springs, we've got you covered. Lean beef, hand-pattied burgers, grilled chicken sandwiches like the spicy Cajun or the Chicken Flortine, topped with fresh spinach, earthy mushrooms, and melted Swiss cheese. How about a classic Ruben or an all-time favorite, BLT.
