We rented a condo in Greenwood Village and lived there a year before we decided to shop around to find a place to buy. A two-story recreation building allows unit owners and renters to pursue many social and activities. Because we live in Florida and our A/C units run almost year round, it is very important to perform proper maintenance on your A/C unit. Your dryer vent needs to be cleaned out as well. By doing this maintenance you can save yourself money along with keeping your neighbor happy. Add a cup of vinegar down the drain line of your A/C Unit, wait a few minutes, and then follow with a cup of warm water.
