Because we live in Florida and our A/C units run almost year round, it is very important to perform proper maintenance on your A/C unit. Your dryer vent needs to be cleaned out as well. By doing this maintenance you can save yourself money along with keeping your neighbor happy. Add a cup of vinegar down the drain line of your A/C Unit, wait a few minutes, and then follow with a cup of warm water.

Working with first the total care wife for 4 years(God Rest her Soul),now close to an additional 4 years with the pretty much independent husband! I'm pretty much by now a semi-resident and a familiar face working live-in shifts,many of them,lol The staff and residents there have become my friends to which I'm Blessed!!
