If, I am unable to provide a reading as scheduled, for example, due to being ill, I will make every attempt to reschedule the appointment, as soon as possible. If I am unable to reschedule your appointment for a later date and time, any monies paid will be refunded to you within seven days. We do not issue refunds once the reading appointment has taken place.
