I dropped off my down comforter to be cleaned. I received a call the day before I was to pick it up that it had been damaged. I was very upset to hear the news. However, Daphne from Pilgrim Cleaners took care of the situation and reimbursed me for my loss. I was having people over to see our bedroom which we had remodeled including a new comforter so she rushed the payment to me so I could order a new one. Things dont always go as they are planned but due to Daphne there was a silver lining in all of this. I highly recommend Pilgrim Cleaners. If something should go wrong they will never leave

Kurt is a lifesaver and has excellent customer service skills helped me calm down and figure out the best plan to pick up my wedding dress and robe because May the 4th be wed us. 10/10 would reccomend
