This is definitely the place to go to around this area for a manufactured home, Family owned business, You deal directly with the owners.There are no high intensity sales reps pushing you for there interests Instead of yours. They are thousands of dollars cheaper then any competitor around this region. We looked at 1 unit somewhere else that was priced $15000 more then Kelly had it listed, the same exact home.With finished drywall,appliances, moved,set- up,vapor barrier,vinyl skirting ,underpinned,with steps, all included ,and you can upgrade apploances,countertops,colors of ealls,even sizes of
