It is a hybrid between the concept of a separate General Contractor, an Architect and an Interior Designer. One company, one source of responsibility providing all of the above functions to the consumer.

My husband and I wanted several bids for renovation on our front and back porches. The flooring and railing needed to be replaced in the front and some of the railing in the back. The tricky part was that our basement goes under the porches, and the flooring needed to be completely water proofed so as to not have leaks for years to come.
