Sidney Shupack founded First State Financial, Inc. in 1971 and has served as President and Chairman of the Board since that time. Sid earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree at the University of Oklahoma and studied postgraduate law at the University of Tulsa. He began his career in 1959 for Walston.
Paul Mitchell

Paul Mitchell has served as Treasurer, Compliance Officer, and a board member of First State for over 30 years. After earning two bachelor degrees, Paul developed an interest in securities while completing postgraduate work in accounting. Paul Joined First State in 1979. He is also currently the Chief Financial Officer and serves on the Audit and Compliance Committees.
