The Sapphire Sepsis app gathers all of the data needed for the calculation of the Sequential Organ Failure Assessment (SOFA), and writes score back to the EHR to support sepsis evaluation by inpatient and emergency department clinicians. Further, the app offers integrated data visualization of sepsis-related data such as labs, imaging result links, procedures, medications, orders, vitals and the like.
