The Worst, selling used pumps as new. When received a used pump the packaging was all good, intact but the pump severely dented. A day before shipping they offered me to upgrade shipping to to another $250, what a joke business, i hope their days are counted.

Called to ask if an a o-ring kit was instock . The website said it ships in 1 day and they have the "best price guarantee". They didn't have it instock and the person said it would take a couple days to ship and there was a $100 minimum order. Maybe they should remove the best price guarantee. I called PumpBiz.com which had it in stock without the minimum order.

Confused by some of the negative comments here, my experience with them has been top notch. The sales staff are quick, courteous and knowledgeable. One of the sales reps Bill spent as much time as needed to find a pump part I was looking for. Keep up the great work guys!

I had to give 1 star in order to write the review. Worst customer service from Bill who called himself a manager there. I ordered a Pulsatron Pump 6 months back and it's not working. I called and Bill suggested to order a new pump and get the older pump repaired so I can have a back up. I agreed on that. I was curious to know about the shipping fee as I paid $200 when I ordered the older pump. When I called Bill he said that I have to pay the shipping fee again. I said that it doesn't make sense for me to pay it again as the pump is still under warranty. He didnt apologize or even told me that

Purchased a Myers pump from Manufactures Edge. Needed to return it with in a few days because our design changed in our building and we no longer needed it. Mind you I haven't even opened the box, it's still brand new, never used. However, they will not return it. Not even with a restocking fee. $208 dollars wasted.
