Checklist inspections is all around great! From setting the appointment to the inspection process, they were pleasant and professional through and through. Scott Cook came out to inspect our home and he was absolutely amazing! He is. More super professional and so knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything and was pleasant and considerate with our family as well.

Just because a home is new, doesn't mean it's problem-free. Checklist Inspection performs a Four-Phase Construction Inspection that includes Pre-Slab, Framing, Pre-Drywall, and Final Walkthrough Inspection. Pre-slab inspection is performed when the foundation is laid out, and the forms are set. This also means that the trenches for the sewer and water systems are dug, plumbing is roughly installed and tested for water.
