We stayed in the resort for a week. My wallet was stolen in the pool by four kids. Don't leave your stuff. Not the safe area

Pros: Stunning views, nicely-maintained landscaping, basic pool, good location, nice private beach (the walk back up the trail is pretty strenuous), good pizza restaurant.
Cons: older condos, but still nice. Condos get hotter as the day goes on, but cool off during the night if you have the slats open.

Some descriptions were misleading: said it was air conditioned but there was only AC in bedroom. Advertised fast internet but it was not available. Call to property management did not produce action. We could not deal with confirmations we had in emails because of lack of internet. Otherwise, it was a nice condo overlooking ocean and great area.

Great place work great views. Soo nice. Better and more room than a hotel, at about the same price. Next time I'm spending 2 weeks there instead of just one.

Some of the best views on Kauai without a super high price. The on site pizza place is awesome. Check out the view from our balcony

Can't beat the view. The buildings are a little older but ours was renovated. The path down to the beach is steep and not good for swimming, you should try Hidden Beach about a half mile down the road. There are also a few shops and restaurants nearby.

Great views, lovely unit (241), quiet beach. The pool was clean and refreshing and the grounds well maintained. Beautiful stroll to the ice cream parlor about 1 mile away. Loved it, will be back.
