Ice Centre at the Promenade

The Ice Centre at the Promenade is a premier ice skating facility located in Westminster, Colorado, serving as a hub for recreational, educational, and competitive ice-related activities. Established through a partnership between the Hyland Hills Park and Recreation District and the City of Westminster, we operate one of the largest public ice skating facilities in America, featuring three NHL regulation-size ice sheets. Our 143,000-square-foot complex supports diverse programs, including Learn to Skate lessons, adult and youth hockey leagues, figure skating, and public skating sessions. We provide state-of-the-art amenities such as a 2,200-square-foot pro shop, concession areas, birthday party rooms, and event rental spaces, alongside partnerships with Synapse Physical Therapy and Bender's Bar and Grill.

With seating for 1,600 spectators, VIP locker rooms, and advanced sound and lighting systems, we cater to both casual skaters and elite athletes seeking high-altitude training. Our commitment to community engagement is reflected in our accessible programs, group events, and proximity to dining, shopping, and hotels. We prioritize customer satisfaction through flexible scheduling, expert coaching, and a focus on safety and inclusivity. As a cornerstone of the Westminster Promenade, we strive to deliver exceptional experiences for individuals, families, and teams. Our facility combines modern infrastructure with a dedication to fostering lifelong skills and passions through ice sports.
