Sewer Line Camera Inspection
This service uses state-of-the-art camera equipment to inspect sewer lines for cracks, blockages, or root intrusion. We provide video documentation and written reports included in the inspection package. Early detection prevents costly repairs averaging $3,500$4,500, with same-day service available during standard inspections.
Infrared Thermal Imaging
Thermal imaging detects temperature anomalies indicating moisture intrusion, electrical hotspots, or insulation deficiencies. This non-invasive technology reveals hidden problems in walls, ceilings, and mechanical systems. While we don't perform repairs, our reports include detailed descriptions and recommendations. We can help connect clients with qualified professionals for necessary repairs or maintenance.

Adam was amazing! We were doing a last minute pre inspection before making an offer on a home. I couldn't find anyone on such short notice. Our realtor had recommended them and contacted them about 6-7PM and he was out on a Sunday at 7am to do the inspection. He was very thorough. We got a very detailed report on the property with pictures detailing anything that was listed. It was really great. Will definitely utilize them again.

My husband and I got the best house inspection! Adam was so helpful and really knew his stuff! We both learned a lot and appreciated how detailed he was! We ended up not purchasing the house, and so thankful we didn't. We appreciated the thorough job he did, saved us from a regretted purchase down the line! we are definitely going to use him again for the next inspection we do!
