Promogator was created to help companies and organizations large and small order custom merchandise at an affordable prices. With the creation of the promotional marketplace our company will now focus on enhancing the user experience and creating long lasting impressions with premium brands. We are based in Orange County, CA but also have offices in Mexico City and are expanding to Canada in the near future.

We have in house designers who will hold your hand from the beginning till the end. Send your artwork or speak your idea and we will make sure our top designers design what you want. Once an order is placed you can send your artwork and make as many changes to your designs. For product samples some are free and some have a small shipping fee.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item(s) within 15 days of receiving the order. Please note that monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or exchange. All custom sign products are priced by the square foot.

Download our mailing list template and upload it to "My Lists" under your account section. When you create a fulfillment order you will be able to select your list to ship your order. Adding an additional color to your logo for printing will drive your cost up $2.00 per color to your box. While it may make the appearance better, if you are on a budget keep it at 1 color logo for box.
