1st time Would have been customer. My mother called to get service and was treated unfairly by Ryan Patrick who told her that driving from Queen St. in Hampton, just past the NNSY over the James River Bridge is not possible. Really?!?! Your business is Turning Down a customer because of where they live? Looks like well be giving someone else our business that you just lost!!!

Wonderful, locally owned and est( over 120 years old!!! )hardware store. When we moved here I got a flyer with coupons welcoming me to the neighborhood, and the staff is so helpful and friendly. I will go here over Lowes any day. Only downside is its a bit more expensive, but they make up for it with customer service.

I have never posted a review in my life. However, I would be remiss if I let the opportunity pass to post my experience at Patrick's Hardware. I am completing a whole house paint project. On January 26, 2021, I visited Patrick's Hardware to view the Benjamin Moore paint pallet to select paint colors. As I entered the store a male employee was at the front of the store. He looked me straight in my face and did not utter one word; not a hello, welcome or how may I help you? I then proceeded to the customer counter where two employees were at the counter, they looked up at me as they continued
