Very nice staff. Bathrooms are not clean (dirty toilets, paper all over the floor, sewage smell) even when they first open at noon. Games are great, working. Had problems with bowling. Party experience was okay. Apparently covid19 restrictions are part of that. On the alternative side- the kids had a BLAST. They didn't have a complaint, or a bad moment. Kids are still talking about the epicness of my daughters party.

The employees are disrespectful and the management doesn't care. I brought my family for a night of fun, everything was great until a ratchet employee approached us and was disrespectful due to a mixed up on THEIR part. I talked to the manager who could care less and did nothing. We will never go there again. Go to Dave and Busters. It's 100% better!

If you are going solely to go Bowling, Don't! Overall a fun family zone with many engaging and physically fun activities. Lazer tag is a blast, can't knock the axe throwing, the trampoline portion is always a blast for anyone with enough energy to keep bouncing, and the bowling is a nice way to get the parents to go only, the bowling alleys were in desperate need of waxing the past 2 times i went.
The time before this one it had at least some wax but its as if they stopped waxing altogether. If you attempted to curve a ball even slightly it would send it straight to the gutter almost every time
