Powell Wellness Center (PWC) is a medically-integrated health and wellness center located in Culpeper, VA. It is one of only two Medical Fitness Association (MFA) certified facilities in the state. PWC offers a diverse array of health, fitness, and wellness classes and programs. As an MFA certified facility, members can be assured that our staff have the education and credentials needed to provide a high quality fitness experience.

Our exercise area is designed to provide each member with a safe and functional workout experience. Exercise specialists are available during all operating hours to help members exercise safely and effectively. The cardiovascular area offers various equipment including treadmills, ellipticals, upright and recumbent bikes, stair climbers, and rowers for a variety of cardiovascular and functional exercises.
Medical Advisory Committee

The Medical Advisory Committee provides program oversight to ensure the safety of participants and the provision of medically sound fitness programming at Powell Wellness Center. The Medical Advisory Committee is comprised of respected local health care professionals from various specialties who volunteer their time and expertise.
Turkey Trot
Report
Registration fees are non-transferable & non-refundable. An entry can only be used for the person registered for that entry. Entries cannot be deferred to the following year or a future event. If the event is cancelled due to weather, credits and gift cards for the value of registration will be issued.
Membership

At Powell Wellness Center (PWC) we offer a variety of membership types to serve individuals, couples, and families, all with no annual contract. Membership options give you the variety and flexibility you need to make PWC a part of your daily life in support of your health and wellness efforts. Your membership includes an initial fitness assessment upon enrollment and an annual fitness assessment each year.
