The customer service was beyond great, they were SO helpful in helping make my arrangement from long distance and by the next day it was delivered! All I have to say is WOW, her dedication to flowers and the presentation time and time again is just amazing.

Maison Farola was established in 2015 by both Farah, an occupational therapist, and Oula, a pharmacist - hence, Farola. Although we were passionate about our day jobs, we realized that our passion for floral design was much greater. Throughout our lives, we always enjoyed designing bouquets and arrangements for friends and families for various occasions, however, growing up we were dissuaded from pursuing our dreams.

Be sure to use a sharp knife/scissor to cut stems on an angle to allow flowers to absorb water. We pride ourselves in offering the highest quality products. The longevity of our arrangements will be based on proper care. Please follow our care instructions your flowers should stay fresh and beautiful for 5-10 days based on flower variety and proper care.

Ordered online and the bouquet went out that very same day. Slight mix up in colors and they were kind enough to correct the mistake with no problem. Yes, the arrangements are a bit on the higher end but totally worth it. I’ve also been on the receiving end and the roses last forever. Premium quality and exceptional service. First of all, their service AND their flowers to unmatched. I order the same day and get delivery the same day. I ordered flowers for my sister on November 19th, they’re not only drying up beautifully, they smell FANTASTIC! This team knows what they’re doing, they are exceptionally professional, and have the absolute best service. Love using them for all of my floral needs. They are my go-to for birthdays, funerals, just because...etc.

Could not have had a better experience getting flowers to my sister halfway across the country, and with a unexpected change of delivery address on the day they were to be delivered. Ola was terrific. Beautiful flower arrangement was to be delivered to my sister at work downtown for her 'milestone birthday' but she took the day off my little sister alerted me on her way to work. Got on the phone to Ola immediately and she arranged to get them delivered to her house on the other side of town! Amazing work and cooperation! The flowers were beautiful and my sister loved them.
