Class I deadwood tree removal: Class I deadwood removal consists of removing dead, dying, or broken limbs and branches that are approximately one inch in diameter and larger. This is detailed and time consuming work, and is not recommended for most homeowners. Class II deadwood tree removal: Class II deadwood removal consists of removing dead, dying, or broken limbs and branches that are approximately two inches in diameter and larger.

There is no applicable licensing to be had in the state of Texas. A word to the wise: There is no governing or regulatory body for the tree care industry in this state at all. We wish there were. The legitimate Austin arborist community would love to see some regulation, for our sake and for yours.

Pruning / Trimming

Tree pruning is an art as well as a science. It can either help or hurt a tree. It is important that a tree trimming crew has both good training and good judgment. Our pruning / trimming crews are supervised by an ISA Certified Arborist, and we follow ISA Standards and Practices, ANSI A300 Pruning Standards, and ANSI Z133 Safety Standards.

Tree Removal

We own a very specialized one of a kind custom built crane which we use for tree removal. We have 25 years of experience using our custom crane, and other cranes in dynamic tree work. Dynamic crane work is routinely (10% of their work or more) done by less than 2% of crane operators in the world. I do over 95% of my crane work dynamically!
