Services
Our Team
Report
Synergy: we like each other, work well together, and love seeing our clients move on to do great things. Mariah is a tireless advocate. She loves challenging cases, good parents, and happy kids. She will listen, be honest, and work from the start to finish to attain your goals and a brighter future.
Divorce
Report
Divorce should be simple. We will help you disentangle your personal, business, and parental needs to create a plan that affords you success as an independent person.

Once your mind is made up, the attorney will help you disentangle personal and business finances, plan for parental responsibilities (how you and your partner will make decisions for the kids and share time in their best interests), arrange for child support and spousal maintenance (aka alimony)-create a plan that affords you success as an independent person.
Child Custody
Report
Usually, all parties in child custody situations believe they are advocating for the best interests of the child. Unfortunately, there are often differences in where the best interests lie and that is why this issue in particular can become highly emotional. When parents or guardians cannot agree, the court will determine what is in the child's best interests.
Child Support
Report
Child support cases most commonly arise during a divorce or custody case, but they can be brought independently under the children's code and may include a request for retroactive support and birthing costs. We handle modification and enforcement cases, and if you have concerns about the paying parent's compliance, you should talk about this early on, as preventative measures should be taken.
Legal Separation
Report
Physically separating from your spouse is different from a Legal Separation. A Legal Separation is very similar to a divorce. The Court will issue a Decree of Legal Separation just like it would a Decree of Dissolution of Marriage (aka divorce). In doing so, it will usually make orders for children, child support and spousal support (alimony), and property division.
