I haven't done business with these people, but I recently took a CE class for GC license that was taught by Sean. Subject was hiring workers. It was evident throughout the class that Sean is an honest business owner who genuinely cares about people, and doing the right thing!

They truly care about building you a beautiful, safe, cost effective and energy efficient/green home. You feel part of the team every step of the way. Builders don't get more fantastic than Living Stone! We love sending them referrals for new home builds and knowing that our clients will be satisfied and well taken care of. I couldn't recommend builder as highly as Living Stone for a custom home build.

The team at Living Stone Design + Build is simply great. They are a first rate builder. The team built a wonderful home for us in French Broad Crossing in Marshall, NC. The quality of the building is first priority and the team builds the home as if it were own. I highly recommend Sean Sullivan and the Living Stone team for your custom home building and remodeling. You will not be disappointed with their process, quality or product.

I used to do a lot of woodworking so I understand what quality is like in construction. Living Stone and Sean Sullivan do too, and they do an exceptional job at it. They've made several custom cabinet and entertainment center type pieces for me and they've been outstanding.
