Physical Therapy

Physical therapists are experts in movement and function. Our highly trained PTs work together with your physician to improve quality of life through prescribed exercise, hands-on care, modalities and patient education. Physical therapists treat individuals who have injuries, disabilities, or other health conditions that affect their ability to function.
Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapists are the experts in activities of daily living. Our highly trained Occupational therapists examine each person and then develop a personalized treatment plan. The treatments are designed to help people recover from injury, to regain skills and provide equipment recommendations for returning to their prior level of function.
Speech Therapy

Speech therapists are the experts in communication, speech and swallowing. Our highly trained speech and language pathologists examine each person for speech or swallowing dysfunction and establish an individualized treatment plan. This plan is designed to improve safe swallowing and overall communication and interaction within a person's environment.

Most insurance plans have therapy coverage. Currently we are Medicare provider for our outpatient facility. For in home services we partner with several home health agencies that cover most major insurances. Our wellness programs are private pay programs not covered by insurance. Your first appointment will be time to meet your therapist to discuss your issues.
