Our agency owner, Lisa, and her husband Dale's love story began down in Winona, Minnesota when they met while both working at Happy Chef restaurant. They built their first home in the outskirts of a little town called Rollingstone; and that home included a quarter mile long driveway lined with. Willow Wood Trees.

Lisa was born and raised in the Twin Cities area, grew up in south Minneapolis and graduated from the Academy of Holy Angels. Lisa studied English education at St. Mary's University in Winona, where she met her husband, Dale. They now live in Edina with their 4 children and 2 rescue dogs: Cooper and Nona.

Allison grew up in Briarcliff, NY and moved to the Twin Cities in 2000. Allison attended Bates College and Wake Forest University. Allison has a diversified background include long term health care-giver, pharmaceutical sales with Eli Lilly & Co, Inc. and merchandising for Scholastic Books. In 2017 Allison joined Willow Wood Insurance as new sales lead for personal lines.
