Laser Cutting

Not a good place to work. You like 15 minute breaks? Try 10 minutes. You like overtime? They WILL NOT pay you past 40 hours. You make the same money working 40 hours as you would working 50. Small employee base so everyone relies on drama to get them through the week. Dont listen to the other reviews, the CEO/bosses dont give two s**** about you

ICF is the cleanest and most organized steel fabrication shop I have been in. The employees are outgoing and the CEO even takes time to talk to the employees one on one.
