After Hours

We can't control what happens after hours so we have a staff member on call, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for situations that require immediate attention such as when hospital/emergency room patients need a new brace. If you need assistance right away, please call 513.793.7335 and listen for our on-call service.

This is a very valid question. I hope these answers will help you! WHAT IS A DEDUCTIBLE? You're deductible is the amount you have to pay before insurance will start paying their portion (I have seen deductibles range from $0 to $5,000 per person).
