Our clients come from corporate, private, and government sectors and each seek an extreme level of culinary creativity and service. Garnish has been quickly recognized for the excellence we provide clients by being named to numerous preferred caterers lists across the state of Virginia.

Louis grew up in the best of both worlds, splitting his life between Charleston, SC and Richmond. In a circuitous route Louis did his undergraduate work at Virginia Tech, graduate work at College of Charleston and then the culinary program at Reynolds Community College.
Believing that life is truly about the road you take to find your passion Louis has worked at the highest levels of professional theater (technical design), as a golf professional, working in the advertising & non-profit development world before falling for catering over 10 years ago.Louis brings all of this experience into the design, planning and execution of events.
